BNENC’s Welfare Rights Programme was developed out of the increased demand and need for local support.
The team is led by BNENC’s CEO and employs a full time qualified welfare rights worker; both at the centre and supporting outreach sessions at various locations throughout the wider community ensuring that individuals can access support locally. The service is free and confidential and operates Monday to Friday from 09.00am to 4.00pm for residents in postcodes L4, L5, L6 and L9.
As well as benefits, beneficiaries may be eligible to receive Fuel Vouchers.
