Peter is BNENC’s disability Representative he also serves on the Board of ACSIL a charity that provides support to individuals who have lost a limb – Peter has knowledge and skills around disability law / mobility and access and disability rights – Peters works with the snr Team at BNENC is ensuring BNENC meets is legal responsibility when it comes to supporting individuals with mobility and disability issues.

Alan Donnelly
Health & Wellbeing Manager

Alan Donnelly is BNENC’s Health and Wellbeing Manager, bringing over 30 years of experience in the charity sector, including 20 years at The Breckfield Centre.

A Trained Community Health Worker, Walk & Cycle for Health Leader, and Mental Health First Aider, Alan also serves as First Aid & Health & Safeguarding Officer. He is Cancer Collaborative Trained and delivers popular Community Cooking Workshops.

Passionate about improving physical and mental wellbeing, Alan designs and leads practical, community-focused programmes that reduce isolation, promote healthier lifestyles, and support residents in one of Liverpool’s most deprived areas.

Paul Robinson Jr.
Youth & Community Officer

Paul Robinson Jr. is a key member of the BNENC team at The Breckfield Centre, utilising his skills to support the charity’s day-to-day operations and community programmes.

With fifteen years of IT and business experience, Paul handles fundraising, social media administration, youth work, and volunteer support. He is also a qualified Cycle Leader and Bike Mechanic, helping deliver active health initiatives such as cycling clubs for young people and families.

Paul's is committed to using his broad skill set to strengthen BNENC’s services, support volunteers and young people, and help deliver practical, lasting support to residents in Breckfield and North Everton.

Francine Jones
Welfare Rights Officer

A highly experienced CAB Worker and Domestic Violence Support Worker, Francine specialises in providing expert benefits advice, securing vital financial support for vulnerable residents. She holds extensive training in Fuel Poverty, Keep Warm & Warm Homes, Benefit Advice, Working with Vulnerable Individuals, Safeguarding, and Community Engagement.

Francine is passionate about tackling poverty and ensuring residents in Breckfield and North Everton receive the practical help and advice they need to improve their financial stability and wellbeing.

Receptionist

Katrina is the first point of contact for BNENC. She is responsible for booking people in & out, room and facility hire, post booking in and out, directing phone calls to right department, taking & ensuring messages are received and general enquiries.
